Keith Bustin, is an entrepreneur at heart utilizing his technical aptitude enhanced with an engineering degree and over 30 years of sales/marketing experience. Keith works diligently to find attractive opportunities for himself and for his clients. Discerning value propositions is a skill Keith has learned over years of negotiating and positioning for everyone’s best interests.

One of Keith’s endeavors is working with hard money private lenders, brokering the opportunity for private lenders to earn interest the same way banks lend money and profit from doing so. The nice thing is the funds are not lent to individuals but to a company with a strong financial standing and the loans are collateralized. This opportunity affords a fixed rate of return of either 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, or 7.75% depending upon the selected term ranging from 24 to 60 months, with monthly interest payments being deposited into the private lender’s bank account.

In addition, Keith scouts for disruptive technology invented by universities and government facilities for the purpose of licensing and commercializing the technology. He personally invests in promising startups initiated by other scouts. And he looks for individuals interested in investing in promising disruptive technology startups.
